Planning Approval for Extension in Cotswold District

I am very pleased to have achieved a successful planning outcome for this design for a side extension within the Cotswold District. The application grants permission to erect a single storey, flat roofed and parapeted addition to enlarge an existing kitchen and accommodate a multi-purpose family space. The external design replicates the materiality and design motifs of the host dwelling as seen from the street, but opens up into full height, minimal glazing to the rear. An area of previously built timber decking was also normalised with respect to planning policy as a result of the application.
